Claiming Your Life As Your Own
Self-claiming
Self-claiming is about setting your intention to make the decision to stop living your life for everyone but yourself. You are willing to explore taking full responsibility for the quality of your life and well-being. The journey to wholeness begins.
Self-knowing
Self-knowing is the prerequisite for a conscious, intentional life. When you identify patterns by sharing your life's narrative, you increase your consciousness. The more you know about your values, passions, strengths and purpose - all that encompasses your essence; the more you are then able to make life choices in your best interest. Tolerations or energy drains are also addressed in service of freeing energy with which to move forward.
Self-connectedness
Self-connectedness is when you are able to be in touch with the many facets that make up who you are - your intuition, heart, body, and inner child - including all in the creation of flow, that sense of magic and ease. Living in the present and simply noticing what is happening deep inside supports a life that is in integrity with your true essence.
Self-embracing
Self-embracing occurs when all of your emotions, life experiences, and aspects of your personality are accepted. They are seen as part of the completeness of your life's journey. When you are able to identify core beliefs that get in the way and expand your thinking, you feel fully alive. You take back judgments that you have projected onto others and, thus, your personal power increases. The deeper you accept yourself, the greater you can hold differences and accept others.
Relating From Self
Relating from Self involves all the ways that you embrace being who you naturally are in all of your relationships. Skills to support being your self are transparency (a willingness to be truly known), responsibility to ask for what you want, and compassionate communication that has the intention to connect rather than control. When you stop looking to another for validation, vulnerability and greater intimacy will result. It becomes impossible to lose yourself in relationship.
Contributing From Self
Contributing from Self is about expressing your essence to the Greater Whole through your work in the world. When you know and accept yourself deeply, the best way to contribute will organically evolve. The result is that work becomes exciting and fulfilling as it's a natural fit. At this stage, you fully claim the creative, forward-moving you who has a positive impact on your world.
