Who Defines You?

Begin to notice how you make decisions about your life. How influenced are you by the media? Your family? Your friends? Your mate? How does that influence show up? Do you seek approval? In pleasing others, do you often feel that you've abandoned yourself?

Being in integrity occurs when your feelings, thoughts, body knowing and words are all in alignment. In other words, there is no doubt that what you're doing feels right. When we're out of integrity, we feel off balance deep inside of us. Other than really taking the time to consciously look at what you believe and then deciding what you want to continue believing and what you want to leave behind, being in integrity is key.

Today I deeply listen to my inner self. I tell the truth about myself to myself which supports me to live my life in integrity.
