Days with Quiet Moments

I notice how busy days can get - for both myself and those around me.  What shifts for us when we set the intention to include quiet moments in the midst of our busyness? Those quiet moments when awareness can seep through make the difference between swimming upstream and creating stress and swimming downstream in the flow.  Stopping to breathe or to notice nature whether it be flowers in your office or a 'green' are small actions with a big impact.


I take moments throughout my day to breathe.  I stop.  I become alert.  I check in with my inner being.  I allow myself to feel whatever is there for me to feel.  Joy bubbles up, and then I know I am in the flow.
